Reclaimed wood flooring is made from lumber "reclaimed" from old dismantled barns and buildings. A reclaimed wood floor is prized for its beauty, stability and dry, dense nature.
Reclaimed flooring is milled from the old lumber into our reclaimed hardwood floors, stairs and moldings. A reclaimed floor is also valued because it is part of our American history.
Reclaimed hardwood flooring is sawn from old barn beams and industrial timbers. It is also milled from old boards salvaged from the exterior and interior of old buildings.
Old lumber is kiln dried, and remilled into flooring. It can be tongue and groved or simply left with a straight edge for a classic historic look.
Our American history comes alive in this vintage wood as new life is breathed into the boards and timbers.
